WHAT IS FROZEN CUSTARD?
That great taste of Frozen Custard, comes from it's ingredients. Frozen Custard must contain at least 10% butterfat AND 1.4% egg yolk. (Traditional ice cream must contain 10% butterfat only) Frozen Custard is creamier and smoother than conventional soft-serve products, because it contains less air. Then add to that delicious flavors and you have Woolley's Frozen Custard.
